In Appreciation for Being Part of the SoHo Puzzle

Zerin Development is honoured to have received a community appreciation award from the SoHo Community Association. Presented as a symbolic puzzle piece, this award recognizes Zerin Development for helping out in and being a part of the SoHo community. The award is inscribed with the message: "In appreciation for being part of the SoHo puzzle - Zerin Group - Proud 2B SoHo." We are incredibly proud to be a permanent piece of the SoHo community.

Affordable & Accessible Living in Village SoHo

Located at 370 South Street in London, Zerin Place offers affordable and accessible living in Village SoHo community. This six-story apartment building features 119 units, with layouts including one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with den options. Residents will enjoy accessible common areas and select barrier-free suites (some with H-Lifts), as well as in-suite laundry, modern kitchens with dishwashers and granite countertops, secure underground parking with EV charging stations, and a fitness room.

As a partner in Village SoHo, Zerin Place is part of a groundbreaking mixed-income housing initiative in the historical SoHo (South of Horton) neighborhood, creating a vibrant, accessible community on the old Victoria Hospital Lands. Zerin Place itself is situated between two heritage building—the former War Memorial Children's Hospital and the Health Sciences Building—and its facade was designed to blend with their architectural style. Zerin was the first partner to begin construction after the underground parking was completed for the Village SoHo.
