Zerin Place is truly a place to belong.

The apartment building opened for occupancy in September 2021. It contains 65 units, with 56 one bedrooms and 9 two bedrooms. There are laundry rooms on every floor. The property has beautifully landscaped grounds and an attractive, inviting courtyard.

A heartfelt thanks to all people, organizations and companies that helped make this happen. Special thanks to Southside Construction, Nicholson Sheffield Architects and Devonshire Consulting. The support from the community has been remarkable. Argyle Business Improvement Association partnered with Zerin to provide a welcome to the neighbourhood package for tenants. Many answered our call to Help Us Help Others in Building a Caring Community.

In the main lobby an artistically designed wall displays the names of and honours those who contributed to the Building a Caring Community Campaign. The Campaign logo is the centerpiece of the wall. Donors included companies and individuals who wanted to help tenants feel at home and enjoy the benefits of living in a caring community. On the right side of the wall the logos of major funders and affordable housing development partners represent their Investment in Affordable Housing.
